Please be advised that Optus is currently experiencing a nationwide outage which is impacting services for DHA. This will have an impact on the following:
- All calls to 139DHA into the contact centres
- All calls into DHA fixed lines
- Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) into Online Services could be affected
If you are trying to access Online Services or have an emergency maintenance issue, please email housing@dha.gov.au
We are currently working with Optus to resolve the issues as soon as possible. There is no time frame of when the services will be back online.

Optus are in the process of restoring services across the country. Considering the breadth of the outage, this may take some time.
We can confirm that DHA contact centre phone lines are operational.
